Mr. K. Vijaya Kumar
Mr. Vijay Kumar is a graduate in Science and holds a Masters degree in Pharmacology. He is a first generation entrepreneur and has been in the business for the last 30 years. He ventured into the power sector in 1998 with the implementation of RVK Energy Pvt. Ltd. Since then, he has focused on opportunities in the power sector and has successfully implemented four more power projects in different locations across the country. Over the last 12 years, Mr. Vijaya Kumar has built strong relations with various Government Agencies at the State and Central level, national/international equipment suppliers, EPC contractors, consultants and policy making bodies.
Dr. A.M.S. Raju
Dr. A.M.S. Raju is a Doctorate in Chemistry and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has been associated with the company in the development of its various power plants. Dr. Raju has rich experience in various aspects of power generation (both conventional and non-conventional). He also oversees activities in the areas of technology selection, negotiation of technical and commercial aspects with suppliers/contractors, execution of contracts, risk management and monitor Project implementation. He is also in-charge of the business development and new initiatives of the company.
Mr Hari Aiyar
Mr. Aiyar is an MBA from Harvard University and was a senior executive at Morgan Stanley, New York where he served in various areas including Investment Banking, Proprietary Trading, etc. He also founded Strategic Trading Initiatives and Investment Group (SII), a major profit centre for the Equities Division. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Aiyar helped develop a number of Companies in all stages of the life cycle including Algorithmic Inc., The Boston Options Exchange, The BRUT LLC, TheMarkets.com LLC, The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX). After leaving the firm in 2005, Mr. Aiyar together with other former Morgan Stanley executives founded Old Lane Partners, LP, a global multi-strategy private investment fund with assets under management of approximately US $ 4.5 Billion. Mr. Aiyar is currently the Chairman & CEO of Old Lane India.

Ms Prashanthi has done Masters in Business Management with specialization in Finance. She has about 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance Function. She heads the corporate accounting team of KVK Group.
