Maintenance of ecological balance and a pristine environment is of utmost importance to KVK Energy.

Driven by its commitment for sustainable growth of power, KVK Energy defined environment management policy and sound environment practices for minimizing environmental impact arising out of setting up of power plants and preserving the natural ecology.

While deciding the appropriate technology for its projects, KVK Energy integrates many environmental provisions into the plant design. In order to ensure that the company comply with all the stipulated environment norms, various state-of-the-art pollution control systems and devices are incorporated.

The company follows strict guidelines to ensure safety for one and all. After detailed risk analysis, well thought out on-site and off-site emergency plans are kept in place, and mock drills are conducted at regular intervals.

Inside the plants, there are officers who ensure that safety standards are followed at all times by all.

Safety posters and slogans are displayed throughout the plants. Safety workbook and safety manual of the division have been given to all contractors and workmen to ensure safety in their respective divisions. There are safety training modules for the illiterate labour too.
